About Me

A yellow sports car parked on a sandy beach near water, with a person kneeling down taking a photo of the car, under a cloudy sky with distant mountains in the background.
A man with glasses, wearing a plaid shirt, black graphic t-shirt, white pants, and sneakers, sitting on a fallen tree trunk in a lush green forest.

Hi, I’m David! I am a software engineer and photographer based out of Milton Keynes in the United Kingdom. Since you’re probably here for my photography I'll keep this focused on that. However If you are interested about the software side of my life, feel free to get in touch.

I photograph cars and sometimes their owners too, usually at the same time. I am reasonably new to the automotive space but with that said I’ve got a couple images published by the Lotus Driver’s Club. I have 10 year’s experience shooting sports prior to switching subject matter to cars. Over that time I have had my photos published by student sporting unions and QuadballUK (formerly Quidditch UK).

My Gear

I’ve been a continued and faithful Canon shooter since I started back in 2010. Right now I’m shooting an EOS R with a range of EF mount prime lenses. I also have my dad’s old Canon AE-1 Program with a singular nifty fifty FD mount lens. I suppose I was part of a Canon household much like you’d have Ford or Vauxhall households.
